Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within fourteen calendar days from the day you — or a person you designate other than the carrier — receive the work. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement at eirv.art@gmail.com. You may use the model form in the terms of sale, although it is not required. We will confirm receipt by email.

After notifying us, return the work within the following fourteen calendar days to Calle Fernández Shaw 84 A, 29018 Málaga, Spain. The direct cost of return is borne by the customer, except where the work is defective, damaged or incorrect due to EIRV.

We will reimburse the payment received, including standard delivery costs where applicable, through the same payment method. The reimbursement will be made within fourteen days of your notice, although we may wait until the work or proof of return is received, whichever comes first.

When a work is damaged in transport

We want the work to arrive exactly as intended. If you see any damage on delivery, keep the packaging and write to eirv.art@gmail.com with photographs of the issue so we can review it personally.

When damage in transit is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement copy at no cost, provided the edition remains available. To preserve the authenticity and control of every edition, the damaged copy must be returned before a replacement is sent.

If the edition has already closed, we will study the most appropriate solution with you.
