Artwork and edition
Every photograph is offered unframed at 30 × 40, 40 × 50 and 50 × 70 cm. Each size is an independent edition of twenty signed, numbered and certified copies.
Prices and shipping
Artwork prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Reference prices are €100, €200 and €300 depending on size. Shipping is €25 per order to Spain — mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — and Europe. The cost is not added when several works travel together in the same order.
Purchase and payment
- Select an artwork and size.
- Review your cart, address, total price and shipping cost.
- Accept these terms and the privacy policy.
- Complete payment using the method available at checkout.
- The edition is confirmed when the payment provider validates the charge.
Before payment, information can be corrected and works removed from the cart. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout. The contractual language is Spanish; this English page is an informative translation.
Delivery timeframe and area
Production takes up to one week from payment confirmation and shipping takes up to a further week. The maximum estimated delivery timeframe is fourteen calendar days. The automatic rate applies to Spain and Europe; for other destinations a quote will be provided before any charge.
Availability
No more than twenty copies are assigned per work and size. If a reservation expires or is cancelled, it is released. If the charge is not confirmed, the edition is not considered sold.
Withdrawal, returns and guarantee
Distance purchases by consumers have a fourteen-calendar-day period from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, write to eirv.art@gmail.com. The customer bears the direct cost of return, except where the work is damaged, defective or incorrect. See the full procedure in Returns.
Works have the legal conformity rights that apply. If the work arrives damaged, defective or does not match the order, EIRV will consider the applicable remedy at no cost to the customer.
